How long will it take for you to process my order?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after it is received. You will receive an email notification with the tracking information when your Ocean Board is ready to ship .

What are your shipping options and rates?

Your order will shipped Expedited with Canada Post. We offer a flat rate shipping of $18.00 within the maritimes and $20.00 for the rest of Canada. (The rate had to go up due to the increased shipping costs)

If you would like faster shipping (extra cost), send me a message to discuss options.

Where do you ship from?

Your Ocean Board will be shipped from New Brunswick, Canada, with some fresh ocean air included in the package 😊!

Do you ship to the United States?

We do ship to the United States. Parcels are sent using FedEx or Purolator. Send me a message to discuss options and cost.

How do I take care of my new Ocean Board?

• Do not cut on the resin or place anything hot on it.

• For the wood, I have gathered some thorough information about caring for wooden boards. You can find it here.

Where can I see or buy your Ocean Boards?

If you are in the Saint John region, you are in luck as you have many options:

• You can come to my studio, located in Chamcook, just outside St. Andrews by-the-Sea (send me a message to book a time)

• You can catch me at one of these markets from May to September:

  • St. Andrews’ Farmers’ Market on Thursdays

  • Kingston Farmers Market (Kingston) on Saturdays

  • Queen Square Farmers Market (Saint John) on Sundays

If not, my Ocean Boards are sold in stores located in:

• New Brunswick (St Stephen, St Andrews, Grand Manan, & Hopewell Cape)

• Nova Scotia (Dartmouth, Annapolis Royal, Aulds Cove, Bear River & Lunenburg)

• Prince Edward Island (Cavendish & New Glasgow)
